New Students

REGISTRATION INFORMATION | NEW STUDENTS | RETURNING STUDENTS | TUITION | SUMMER ENRICHMENT PROGRAM

Parents can register students online via this website.  New and returning students must complete and return ALL documents as required by the application process.

All new students (grades 2-8) are required to complete an entrance exam.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:

  1. Fill out the Application (Click to Fill Out, Download, and Email to us at lithoniaaa@gmail.com )

  2. Copy Birth Certificate

  3. Completed School Health Record: Form 3300 and Form 3231

  4. Copy of Immunization Record

  5. Physical Examination (new students, 4th Grade & 7th Grade)

  6. Most Recent Report Card (a copy will be accepted)

  7. Letter from your Pastor confirming church membership, if applicable

  8. Registration Fee

  9. First Month's Tuition

    ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO COMPLETE: 

  1. Financial Agreement - To be completed in the office

  2. PE Uniform Order

  3. Uniform Ordering

  4. Teacher’s Registration Form

  5. Field Trip Permission

  6. Parental Consent for Medical Treatment and Release of Information
